Time most certainly keeps passing on - not much has changed is as much time as passed, but at the very least in the awareness, there are possibilities beyond the horizon, there are opportunities that await just around the corner. It is just a matter of consideration and interpretation. What are your thoughts on how fast time flies, what do you do each day to make the most of the time you have?
